Default Grom Piggyback on Prius

I just got my Grom (2017, Tomato Red) and have a 4 x 8 Harbor Freight trailer with a wheel chock outfitted to carry it behind my 2016 Toyota Prius with a 1-1/4 inch receiver hitch.

However, I am also considering a hitch rack and saw this photo online from Finbro Garage (I think). Just curious as to which hitch/rack combination is being used if anyone knows. Is there a 1-1/4 inch to 2-inch adapter in play here (almost all of the hitch racks require a 2-inch receiver tube). Any ill effects on the hitch attachment points?
