Default Securing Grom (chain)

My Kawasaki z125 was stolen and picked up a Grom. To deter punks from from doing it again, I picked up a Kryptonite cement anchor and Kryptonite New York Noose.

Chaining to a wheel isn't the most logical place since wheels can be removed. Front tubes don't make sense either. The frame on some sportbikes make sense but the Grom doesn't have clearance to do this.

Where do you chain your Grom?

I get this set-up is a deterrent (not anti-theft), so really my question is where should I chain the bike that would force a thief to grind the chain versus chaining to a part that could be left behind after taking off a few screws?

Thanks!!
