I live in Barrie Ontario Canada. I had to buy a brand new 2015 (last one at the dealer) because I was told 2016's are not coming to Canada. I paid just under $3000 Canadian OTD for mine and I pick it up tomorrow!

I agree, almost all the dealers wouldn't budge off $3,500 [which includes 6% state sales tax]

I decided I wanted them a dealer got down to $3,400 and the rest is history.

All those numbers seem pretty low. I'm in California. Any OTD #s here? We pay a lot more tax as well. In my county sales tax is about 10%. I think that LA Honda will give me one for $3700 OTD. I drove 100 miles to Del Amo Motorsports to pick one up for $3800. I made an appointment etc. They knew I was coming and sold their last white one, which is what I wanted, and didn't bother to call me. Very unprofessional. They lost a customer who buys a couple bikes a year....and not Groms, my whole family rides dirt bikes and quads. We have a big garage full of bikes. F- those guys!

Myself and my buddy each just bought a new 2017 Grom. We live in Southern California, and things tend to be more expensive here. We did a "we'll take two at the same time" deal.

Our out-the-door price on each bike was $4019 -- this included sales tax, license, freight, set-up, and (somewhere in there) the cost of the bike itself. This was -- by far -- the best price we could find anywhere in our area, and we still had to drive slightly over 100 miles to get this deal. (Bought from Hank at John Burr Cycles in Fontana).

Sup guys,

Looking at a pre-owned 2017 Grom with 2500 miles going for $2600 at this dealership. Tax in my area is 8.875%, totaling $2830.75. Haven't bought a used bike from a dealer before. Only private.

1) Do you guys pay for a licensing/registration fee for a used bike if towing home?
2) What do you guys think of a $2500 offer?
3) Whats the most one should pay for this specific bike?
