2018 Honda Grom
Hey there,
Question: I am newer to bike riding and had a trail bike but felt it was to big for me. I am a 5'5 female 160 lbs. I really would feel more comfortable to be able to start with a bike I can flat foot and that is light weight.
I see people going on trails with a honda grom. They will add a skid plate and do a few other things.
my question is, what is the max this bike can do off roading? Do you have a picture of the maximum? Because some people's idea of hard cord trail is different than others. The roads I go on, have some rocks, but mostly dirt. I just wanted to know if this bike (with a skid plate, better tires) could handle this? There is some uphill but again mostly flat.
Also, do you recommend a skid plate brand? What other modifications would you do?
The reason I want a grom is I can flat foot it, its light weight, and street legal.
