Might be perfect for rain gear and cover. I currently use a cycleguys fastpack on my 04 Grom 250 to hold all my rain gear and bike cover, and this looks about the same size.

The tail bag i had for my least bike was smaller than this one it all depends on what your buying it for. Mine was just to get my lunch to work.

I prefer a magnetic tank bag. Don't really need storage in the tail and every time I use a tail bag it gets annoying swinging my leg over.
