I have a grom which I believe has always had regular oil changes idk about anything else what are some things i should simply replace and do to keep her healthy.

Check and replace the cam chain tensioner rod button. The OEM cam chain tensioner arm is thin and wears a groove in the soft OEM button. Get an aftermarket button made of a harder material.
