Take off the cover, removed the filter and with a razor blade/sharp knife, cut off that metal screen behind the filter (backfire screen).
While filter is out, notice the air intake tube feeding from right to upper left.
In upper left area, you'll see a splice in that tube, reach your finger behind the smaller looking splice, grab it and pull, it'll pop right out.
It's some silly air restrictor. It chokes down intake air flow. Must be EPA garbage.
I left the other tubes in place, didn't see any reason to remove them.
Engine is much more responsive. Might have gained an MPH or two, but mostly a better throttle response
Put airfilter back on and cover and done.
Total mod time, 10-15 minutes
