Just heard through the grape vine that there is some disappointing Grom news coming down the pipe.

The first is regarding the Honda Grom headlight... There has been a lot of questions about what headlight we will be getting in North America. Does not look like we will be getting the honda grom projector headlight. Basically due to the price point and the fact that the projector points up and the Halogen is slightly off to the right which works for the North American stop signs..


That bums me out, but I guess I will just have to buy an aftermarket one! lol

I can see a group buy happening in the not too distant future for these once there are enough Grom owners here. Not too concerned about projectors not coming with these bikes but the wait for us to finally get these headlights will suck.

the wait isn't that long unless you ship by boat from tyga. i paid 106 shipped an i received my headlight in 7days to hawaii. jus fyi

$47 is already peanuts for the headlamps. Tyga Paul would be going out of business if he sells them for any cheaper. A better Idea is to maybe do a sale for a whole package with different options whether it be handle bars or exhaust.

Darn it the Asian market always gets the better stuff. I guess these head lights will sell like hot cakes. Is it only available through Tyga or can we order them from our local Honda dealership too?

i'm surprised they didn't do the projector headlight.. you'd think the na market would pay the extra into the price.. we aren't that cheap lol

$47 for a different headlamp on the Honda Grom is cheap. Not only for looks but it functions better than the stock halogen housing.

I guess its possible but not for the part itself. Since most of us here are in the U.S. maybe we can work something to get free shipping.
