So can the Grom handle two people?

It's a very small bike, obviously. Can I ride comfortably on it with a second passenger, given were both about average size?

it's already a small bike and having a passenger on it would probably make things really uncomfortable, i doubt there would be much space for someone to sit back there.

Honda did design the seat to be a bit long and more than likely to serve this purpose of fitting a passenger rather than being a single person bike.

The Grom/MSX125 also has passenger pegs.

still not too bad for a small bike, at least Honda did what they could to make it as 2 person friendly as it could be. on another note there should never be two dudes on a bike like that, they look way too happy.

considering the fact that the Grom / MSX 125 does have rear pegs that's a give away that it's able to take on a passenger. Just matter of whether the rider wants to have one.

Looking at the amount of space it might be a little too close for comfort when riding with a passenger. Not to mention that the engine might struggle a bit trying to haul the extra passenger's weight. You can expect it to be a lot slower.

There's not really a lot of space on rear of the seat, unless both the driver and passenger are both really skinny. I could see a lot of people falling off due to lack or room. I don't think taking any passengers on one of these bikes would be very safe.
