I'm hearing the same. I also heard that dealers should expect to see one Grom, if they're lucky, on the first shipment.
Dealer delivery date for my Grom 8-8-13?
So my Honda dealer told me yesterday that they should be getting their Grom's to the Seattle area by 8-8 and will need a day or two to do their thing.

I wish we could get a solid delivery date for the east coast. Does anyone have any ideas as to why the dates are so widespread?
I was told September by my dealer. Can't wait.
My dealer told me ship date is 8/20. Maybe earlier if lucky. The powerhouse dealer about 80 miles down the road said any day now they are expecting a shipment of 3. But the first 4 are sold
I visited my friendly neighborhood Honda dealer today to kick in a little more cash and my salesman told me that there is no change. The first Honda Grom ( black in color ) is mine and that it is still being shipped on August 22, due to arrive in 5 business days from then. He also received a deposit for the second Grom, to arrive one month later.

I was told it would be here on 8/20 here in South Texas.
All my dealer can tell me is late August. They are getting one (black) and its sold (to me) 
I was told mine is being shipped 8/25 and will be ready a week later, I wont be able to ride it until oct though

8/22 is the delivery date Honda sent to my dealer here in Maryland, originally they received 8/26 as the shipment date. Pretty awesome it got pushed up. It is a Powerhouse dealer & they are getting 3 Groms, 2 black 1 red. First black one is mine.
My dealer knows nothing. Doesn't know how many are coming or when they will be in. Nothing. And it's a huge dealer. My guess is my salesperson just doesn't

My dealer is getting two and one is mine. $500 down to hold it.
I have mine almost completely paid off $400 left and its all mine I should be getting shipping details for delivery soon as soon as I get them I'm posting I would love to see if I could get a date like 8/8 I would be stoked!
