Ultimately i went with North Valley Honda. Who charged me Tags/Title/ , Assembly ($100), Tax, and only $50 for the documentation fee. YMMV

Why the assembly fee? From the pic's I have seen of new crated Groms, their all ready assembled. I smell.....Rip Off

After grilling them in a few emails i was able to negotiate them down with zero assembly and zero admin fees. Just Tax Title and License. $3407.50

They have a red one left FYI.

Wish I had seen this before I had bought, Western Honda wanted $4800 pre-order and $400 non-refundable down, and GoAZ.com wanted $4500-4300 and had it stock... such a rip off in dealer BS fees.. .. I won't be buying a new bike from them again, but I was impatient so had to pay... it's amazing how short sighted the dealers are at their customers..

I have bought both of my Guzzi's outside of Phoenix to get better service and prices...
