Question about the Tyga full race system for the grom seen here

Set, Pipe, Full Race System, MSX125 Grom, Carbon Oval/Carbon End Cap. This full race system has been specifically designed for the MSX125 to maximise power. Made in stainless steel with spring mounted carbon silencer this system increases performance, saves weight and enhances the looks of the bike. Sounds great too!

Will it be legal for road use? if not, what happens if they 'catch' me?

probably a ticket. It really depends where you live and what your emission laws are.

Most of the time you will be fine. People expect loud pipes from motorcycles.

Most of the times the cat is so hidden they won't even know or check. Unless your blowing blue smoke and smelling like crap then that would bring attention. Worse comes to worst is that you might have to deal with a slap on the wrist and show them that you put it back to stock.

Unless you live in cali then your screwed.
