Found this forum doing some research on the grom motorcycle. I just got my license and I'm looking to get my first motorcycle.

I was originally going to get a used ninja 250 and learn on that and sell it for a larger bike but I hear many stories of riders who own 600s and 1000s who go back to 250s and 150s because it's more fun so i thought about investing in to a motorcycle that I would keep. A brand new 250 was considered. So was the Ninja 300 and CBR500.

After I heard what the GROM will be selling for and how its meant to be a fun bike (not to be taken too seriously) I instantly was interested!

The problem with the 250s and 300s and 500s as that they seem to be that they are TRYING too hard to be their older brothers (600s 1000s)

but the grom seems like it is perfectly happy as a 125 and it wouldn't have it any other way.

After seeing some photos of some nicely done GROMS in thailand I am sold! Sign me up! Where do I pay!! :D

Looking at ordering a red GROM.

welcome to the forum. have you checked your local honda bike dealers for the Grom? I think you should be able to drop a deposit. I know in the U.S. dealers are taking $100 deposits.
Welcome to the forum Brianch! I recently visited Toronto, Canada for the first time and marveled at the city. Great place.
Welcome!

I went to high school in Mississauga but I don't like the cold. Lol

found it weird how places in toronto close so early, had to go their for a wedding and stayed for a couple of weeks. but apparently the car and bike scene up their is big for canada, must be nice to live somewhere with all the action.

where is everyone else in here from?

I graduated from Erindale in 2000, so I doubt we would have crossed paths at anytime.
