Short answer: yes.

Long answer: oh...oh hell yes.

That little thing is nimble, lightweight, and can handle very well in the right hands. It appears to have insane balance by the vids I've seen.

the official honda grom commercial showed a Grom doing some gymkhana, but it's just very mild gymkhana, nothing extreme (which would of been better)

we need to see a Grom do things as crazy as this....

The GROM would be great for Gymkhana. Lightweight.

Just get some sticky tires and maybe upgrades brakes and suspension and you should be good to go.

What is gymkana?

Sent from Motorcycle.com App
Gymkhana is a timed racing event where drivers navigate their way around an obstacle course in the shortest amount of time possible.

Courses may include 180-degree turn, 360-degree turn, figure 8s and other complex turns which require advanced driving skills.

The driver's goal is to get through the course as quickly as possible with the fewest number of mistakes. Acceleration, braking, drifting & grip driving are all necessary. Not only does the driver have to hold control over the car, but gymkhana also requires strong mental concentration and memorization.

Gymkhana takes some serious skill.

Here is an example of a radical gymkhana in a colder setting ;)

And also for cars here is Ken Block one of the grandfathers of the sport.

Gymkhana? Maybe not so much (too slow? Unless an all Grom class.) But stunting for sure!
maneuverability is everything in gymkhana. some orgs even assign penalty points for riding too small of a bike.
outright speed isn't anywhere near as important

Sick!

I doubt the grom would look anything like that unless there is a crazy amount of work done to it for the power to spin the tires that much. these guys have a serious skill. I wonder how many outtakes there were to these videos. I wouldn't believe they had it all in one shot. I would love to be there to see it though.
