Race Classes « NJ MiniGP

Grom Spec


  • Ages 17 and Up (under 17 requires coach endorsement)
  • Bikes limited to:
    • Honda Grom (MSX125)
    • No Engine Mods
    • Tires, Controls & Suspension Mods only
    • More info to come…

and glad they're letting us suspension. because the rear shock was going to kill me.

Problem is......you and I are the only ones that have surfaced as interested both here and the nj mini forum. I doubt there will be a big turnout and I may not ride the grom when I can race the ttr and 150r

This just means even more aftermarket support for the GROM

there's also Ryan D who will have one (if not already)
stock hundo was a dead class a few years ago as well, and now is one of the fullest grids.
It's one of those field of dreams things "if you build it, they will come"
it's now our job to spread the word >:D

Suspension mods only unfortunately in grom spec but a modified grom will rock in f1
controls, tires, suspension, rearsets, clip-ons are all ok as far as I understand (similar to nsr-spec)


also think grom will be competitive in f2 as well (vs the 65s and 150fs)
