stuffing the 23 lb turkey with my home made stuff, stale bread, Jimmy Dean Hot sausage "cooked", sauteed celery
Sweet potato with brown sugar, cinnamon and a little butter in crock pot on low for 7 hrs
in the oven for 5.30 hrs at 325 degree then eat and sleep. I like using a baking bag keeps the turkey moist and keeps in all the juices
