Do you guys plan on doing any performance or engine mods to your Honda Grom? I have seen other threads on here talking about the bigger bore kit to make the engine to a 200cc. More common mods are intake filters and slip on exhaust or even a full exhaust system. Which one will you be doing?

I want just a slip on exhaust to start just in case if the people in cages don't see me at least they will hear me.

The engine bore kit looks like a simple piece but it will take some work and experience to put it in for the conversion. I won't be getting that anytime soon. Hearing how firm the seat is I might look in to changing out the seat and have a gel inserted for better comfort.

For the air filter on the Grom is it as difficult as it is on other Honda bikes where you have to remove the fuel tank, throttle to get to the filter? I wouldn't mind getting a K&N filter so i don't have to worry for a while.

You must be referring to inline motor bikes, they have a different configuration then this single 125cc on the Grom. i would imagine the filter would be easier to replace or change.

Wait till you see the size of the filter. It's much different than the ones on the CBRs.

Nothing to the engine. Maybe air filter and full exhaust and a tune.

New tires and brakes are going to make the biggest difference for me.

Also looking into a bore kit, 200CC's would be awesome but I think i will be taking the smaller approach with a 150cc upgrade.
What sort of horsepower gains can we expect with a 200cc bore kit?

I plan to do Intake, big bore, exhaust and sprockets. Id like to go about 80-90mph
