For those of us who ride to work every morning, and aren't the fortunate ones who can ride all day (if you are out there! lol) how long is your ride to work?

I'm a 25 mile run from my home to the office on small roads, or 20 miles if i take the interstate.. i tend to use small roads for the most part. more shifting, less cops (for our uk friends; fuzz? billy? what's the slang for cops again?), and it's a more pleasant run every day.

I have a 30 mile commute and due to how crazy traffic gets here I lane split when ever I can making sure the cops aren't watching which saves me a lot of time, but sometimes when cops are doing a blitz that 30 mile commute can take a long time. Drivers get pissed when I do that probably because I can and they can't :D

Mine is not as bad as you guys it takes me about 20 mins on a good day to get to work. about 10 miles but I drive most of the time. It's usually the last hour of work when I get the itch to get home asp to ride.

quite ridicilous how some places don't allow legal lane splitting, bikes are already small enough, might as well split lanes when safe, just can't be all fast and furious with it....

i put up a thread here to discuss it...

16 miles or 15-20 minutes. 3 miles to the highway and 13 miles of highway cruising

18-22 miles depending on the route, the 18 mile one is the most boring and has a bunch of annoying traffic, the 22 mile route is via a highway frontage road and through suburban towns, slow going but still the traffic isn't as infuriating.
Takes me about 40 minutes door to door, have set the record of about 25 mins with the 18 mile route with all greens and uhm arrest-me speeds :D
