I pulled my air filter today just to check it out and see how big it was. After getting it out i thought it looked the same as the filter in my 250R. I went online and found the part number for the 125 air filter and come to find out it matches the

I pulled my air filter today just to check it out and see how big it was. After getting it out i thought it looked the same as the filter in my 250R. I went online and found the part number for the 125 air filter and come to find out it matches the part number for the 250R. That means the K&N air filter for the 250R should fit just fine. Also for anyone familiar with the 250R intake system it looks like on the 125 we will be able to do the same snorkel mod to the airbox.

I just came across a like new 250R K&N air filter on Ebay for $20 shipped. So i bought it, if out works, great, if not i will stick it on my wifes 250R

Thats strange I remember hearing in one of the reviews that They made some intake upgrades obviously the filter stayed the same..

hopefully that is the same part number for the 125 ^ that is what i found online

The K&N Part number I got was [I][U][B]KA-2508[/B][/U][/I] . I got the 125 air filter part number of that Australlian (spelling) parts listing someone posted up last well and checked that against the 250R number and it was the same. I should know b

I am waiting for you on this one! Hope it is the same I will order ASAP. Sort of want to have my power commander, air filter, and full exhaust before doing any work. Then I can do a stock vs modded dyno run (not paying for 10 runs lol just 2)

Good find cbzdel! With all the 250R parts you've ordered, if they don't fit the 125 you will have alot of 250 parts laying around! Hats off for being a pioneer.
