Nice find. Hopefully we can get some uk msx 125 owners in here to give us some insight to keep us busy before we get the grom.

A 200cc big bore would be cool. But I'd want a second bike to do the mod to. I want to keep one fairly stock.

Newbie here. Not sure if it's been talked about yet but since I'm only 5 feet tall (with a 26/27 inch inseam), I was wondering about lowering links or other ways to lower the seat height. Maybe my only option is to shave the seat?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Seat height is approx 30" and there is nothing to shave off the seat, padding is almost non-existant and mounts directly on the frame. I would suggest you visit a dealer and try one, I would think that you should be able to manage it OK.

Suggestion : If you have a pedal cycle, set the seat height to 30" and see if you can manage - the MSX is probably better balanced (lower centre of gravity) so if the cycle is OK for you, the MSX should be fine.
