60ish is what I've heard. So probably not something you want to take on the highway, but fast enough to have fun around town in.
I don't think the Grom would be a good primary bike. as a bike to own along side a full size what-ever-you-like-riding, I think they would be an absolute blast as a commuter and toy. Especially at ~130 mpg.
