i'm not actually in philly (2 minutes outside of northeast philly). but when i lived in pennsport i would see packs of this crap every time i'd go to fishtown or fairmount park

Well, closest to you is probably Ephrata Cycle. Good guys. Not sure when they are getting more Groms in. Give them a call.
I am in Mt. Penn. / Exeter. Kiss Honda in Pottstown is a little closer for me, but I will drive anywhere when the time comes.
I have bought bikes before at Blackmans in Emmaus.
And of course Michael Andretti Powersports. But they had to go and close. Pisses me off still.
