Recommended Engine Oil for the Honda Grom/MSX125?

What specific oil is recommended for the Grom/MSX125? I will be doing my own oil changes and want to make sure I'm using exactly what Honda uses or better.

Also how much oil does this bike need?
What brands of oil do you recommend?

10w-30 not energy conserving oil JASO MA spec, 1 quart. I personally haven't seen such oil in the US. You may probably use 10w-40 motorcycle oil.

I will probably just use Shell Rotella T6 in there.
