Thought I'd create a short vid to
  1. Introduce myself to the Grommunity
  2. See about alternative GoPro mount options
  3. Ask about firming up the front shock due to bottoming out in the ruts

I used a broomstick with my GoPro mounted upside.. it was bungied on so excuse the rattle. Note, the turns section of the vid is at 2X speed.
Wouldn't it be cool to do this P.O.V. from the front, and have a bunch of Groms following through some twisties! NorCal where you at?

I think a pole out the back and up behind my head would be a great gopro mount location

I know that they sell helmets that have the mount for the Go Pro built in. And they are pretty nice looking too. I think they may actually be for snow boarding, but they might make one for motorcycles too. I don't think i would recommend using a snow boarding helmet on a motor cycle though :S
