It the condensation in the pipe blowing out before everything gets up to temperature. It's not a problem (other than cosmetic). Best thing to do is make sure your engine and exhaust system get up to operating temperature every time you ride.
that's kinda what I thought cuz it don't smell like fuel, thanks.
