is the ninja 125 height and damper adjustable or just damper??
If so what have you got yours set on?

Its just adjustable pre-load, no height adjustment. I have mine set to whatever came from the factory. I dont know how Kawi labels it, but mine is on the second from the max pre-load. When in comparison to the front suspension the rear feels to fi

When in comparison to the front suspension the rear feels to firm, I want to take it down a notch or two and see how that feels..

For a daily driver I dont want extra hard suspension..

aren't you supposed to adjust preload based on the weight of the rider?

Yes sort of, it also depends on how you are riding the bike.. For example while commuting you want softer suspension than if you were only in the twistys..
